Incredible Progress in Recent Months

The past few months have been filled with incredible developments. It’s been an intense and exciting time, full of new projects, personal growth, and inspiring encounters. Time seems to fly as I launch one project after another and bring to life ideas that have been lingering in my mind for a long time. With this blog post, I’m giving you a deeper insight into this thrilling phase – a phase where I am evolving both professionally and personally. Let’s take a look at my current projects and goals and see where this journey leads.

Highlights of Recent Months

Over the past few months, I’ve gathered a wealth of valuable experiences and reached significant milestones that help me grow further. A special highlight is completing my first semester at Tomorrow University, where I’ve been diving deep into the topics of entrepreneurship and developing an entrepreneurial mindset. It’s not just about learning the theories; I’m applying these principles in practice as well. Studying in an international community broadens my horizon every day, and I learn from the diverse perspectives of my fellow students. This global network opens up new insights and constantly reminds me of the importance of an open mindset in today’s world.

Another important step for me is starting my training as a life and social counselor. This course not only equips me with new professional tools but also challenges me on a personal level. The focus here is on working with people and understanding their unique challenges, which enriches my view on my future role as a coach and advisor. I’m learning to approach topics that matter to people with even more mindfulness and reflection.

These months are packed with intensive learning processes and inspiring moments that help me lay a stable foundation for my future. Both professionally and personally, I feel that each day brings me closer to my goals and shows me how valuable every step toward self-employment is.

Current Projects

Currently, I’m working on four projects, each with different time horizons. Every project brings its own challenges and goals, and I’m excited to apply my experience and knowledge to these diverse areas.

Proximo25 is my blog where I’m already publishing regular posts. Here, I mainly share my personal journey after my time in the corporate world, allowing readers to engage with my experiences and insights. My aim is to shed light on topics such as personal development, leadership, and changes in the modern work environment. A significant part of Proximo25 involves sharing inspiring books that accompany me on my path. I introduce books that I’ve read and that have shaped or inspired me. With each post and book recommendation, I build a deeper connection with my readers and hope to create a growing community that resonates with these contents and recommendations.

Holz vor der Hütte is another project I plan to launch by the end of the year. The idea stemmed from a personal experience: I once needed to find local firewood and realized how unorganized and fragmented the market is in this area. This personal need led to the vision of creating a platform that connects customers with local firewood suppliers while focusing on transparency and sustainability. Holz vor der Hütte is set to become a marketplace that makes it easy for users to find suppliers who are not only nearby and reliable but also committed to sustainable practices. This project requires a lot of effort, but my personal connection to it makes it especially meaningful, adding a human touch that I’m eager to share with others.

In the area of property management, my partner and I are committed to realizing innovative and sustainable management for properties. Our goal is to build a modern, customer-focused management service by the end of this year and into the next that maintains or even increases the value of the properties. A particular priority for us is to provide excellent, modern customer service – an area where many property management firms still have significant gaps. In the coming months, we’ll work on concepts to reduce the carbon footprint of the properties while meeting the needs of tenants and owners. This will make property management not only more sustainable but also more transparent and user-friendly.

Finally, I’m preparing to launch my consulting and coaching business, which is set to begin next year. After 26 years of leadership experience and the new insights from my studies, I want to help companies and individuals achieve their goals and embrace change boldly. I’m especially excited about collaborating with MindDriven - https://www.minddriven.at and Purpose Punks - https://www.purposepunks.de – two partners with whom I am planning exciting projects. Currently, everything is still in preparation, but I am confident that our combined efforts will make a valuable contribution on both a personal and professional level. Supported by my training as a life and social counselor, I’ll be offering coaching that addresses both the business and personal challenges of my clients, helping them find a clear and sustainable path for the future.

Challenges and Lessons Learned

In recent months, I have constantly encountered challenges that make me question and refine my approach and how I handle patience. Although I am eager and would love to see immediate results, I realize that progress is often slower than I’d like. It’s a slow process, with many things developing step by step, requiring a level of calm that I need to remind myself of frequently.

However, this slow progress also shows me the importance of focusing on the quality of each step rather than the speed. Each project demands care and foresight, and I’m learning to see the journey itself as part of the outcome. In this process, patience becomes a daily exercise that helps me grow not only as an entrepreneur but also as a person.

Even though it can be difficult at times, I notice how each small step better prepares me to reach my goals and to respond flexibly to unforeseen challenges.

Looking Ahead to the Coming Months

The next few months promise to be as exciting as the ones that have passed. While some of my projects are still in their early stages, others are already moving to the next phase, bringing new challenges and opportunities. I look forward to expanding Proximo25 as a platform where I can share my thoughts and experiences as well as introduce inspiring book recommendations. What’s particularly important to me is that the books I share resonate with my readers as much as they do with me. A little insider tip: by purchasing books through the affiliate links in my recommendations, you can support me – I receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. It’s a nice way to support my work on Proximo25, with a friendly wink.

With Holz vor der Hütte, I’m especially excited about the upcoming platform launch. This is not only about the technical setup but also about attracting the first suppliers who align with the vision of a sustainable and transparent marketplace for firewood. The goal is to bring customers and suppliers together smoothly and raise awareness for local and sustainable resources.

In property management, my partner and I have already gained our first clients and are working on providing them with a modern, customer-oriented service that goes far beyond traditional management. Our aim is to create a forward-thinking property management model that maintains or even increases the value of the properties while ensuring transparency and sustainability.

In the coaching and consulting sector, I’m also gearing up, preparing to implement my concepts in the coming year. I’m looking forward to working with MindDriven and Purpose Punks on exciting projects that are set to provide lasting, inspiring impacts. Preparations are already underway, and I can’t wait to truly dive into this area.

Each step brings new experiences and insights, and I am eager to see where the coming months will take me and what will kick off first 😊

See you soon,

Uwe
